Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, a representative from Tobiko Adventure will meet you and transfer you to your accommodation in Arusha. Settle in, unwind from your journey, and prepare for the exciting days ahead.

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up for the drive to Tarangire National Park (approx. 2.5 hours). This park is known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and the Tarangire River, which attracts wildlife during the dry season. Keep your eyes open for zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, buffalo, and predators like lions and leopards.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park and continue your game drive through diverse habitats. In the late afternoon, head to Karatu for a relaxing evening at your lodge or camp.

After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend into the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, a 600-meter-deep volcanic caldera that’s home to over 25,000 animals, including the Big Five — lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard.
You’ll also see hippos, zebras, hyenas, antelope, and more than 500 bird species. After a full morning of wildlife viewing, enjoy a scenic picnic lunch inside the crater before returning to Karatu for the night.
